Companion design consultations

Sometimes you don’t need a full design project, you just need your space to work better for the Companions (& Humans) who share it.

Companion design consults are focused, one on one sessions that explore how to make your layout flow better & your environment feel more cohesive for everyone who uses it. Together, we’ll brainstorm solutions for spatial arrangement, lighting, materials, enrichment, & how each element supports comfort, connection, & purpose. You’ll leave with clear guidance and ideas you can act on immediately.

Canine Companion Focused ($325)
For spaces where your Canine Companions needs take priority. We’ll focus on their layout, enrichment, flow, & existing Companion furniture.

What’s included:
1 hour on site.
Brainstorming solutions for any current problems with flow or layout
Assessment of existing Companion furniture.
Recommendations for new Companion furniture (if needed).
Canine Companion(s) enrichment ideas.
Practical tips for materials, finishes, and surfaces that reflect your Companions age.
Guidance to create a space that feels calm, cohesive, and naturally shared.

During the consultation:
We’ll walk through your space together & brainstorm practical solutions. This session is hands on & interactive, so bring a notebook. It’s all about giving you insight & inspiration in the moment. No follow up email included.

Canine Companion Focused Consult

Behaviour Observation & Design Consult ($725)
This consult is for reactive or behaviourally sensitive Canine Companions. This consult combines a private observation session with a full In home design consult to create a space that supports your dog’s wellbeing & reduces stress for everyone in the home.

What’s included:
Everything in the Canine Companion Focused Consult plus:

Private outing in the Wylderwoods Enrichment Park with home pick up & drop off, allowing me to observe your Companion’s behaviours & get to know them in a safe, controlled setting (1 hr total.)
Immediate 1 hour follow up In Home Design Consult to review your interior & outdoor space & discuss practical solutions to support your Companion’s behavioural needs.
Guidance on home modifications such as gates, window blockers, beds, food stations, & routines, including the reasoning behind each change.
Behavioural observation summary email & presentation, including a napkin sketch showing suggested changes & solution examples (with photos of recommended items where applicable.)

During the consultation:

In the Enrichment Park, we focus on understanding your Companion’s behaviour & how it impacts daily life.
In your home, we design spaces & systems to support calm, confidence, & routine. This is not a training session; instead, it’s about creating environments that naturally reduce stress & support behavioural growth.

Multi-dog households:
We can work with multiple Companions. The first Canine is included in the base price, & each additional Canine is $100.

Training Plans
Training plans available on case by case basis for an additional fee.
