Research

Most clients reach out when something in their home no longer feels resolved. The layout technically works but doesn’t flow, the lighting feels flat or unforgiving, or renovation conversations stall because there’s no clear framework guiding decisions.

My role is to bring clarity, structure & experienced leadership to every stage, so each step builds logically on the one before it.

We start with a discovery call and meet & greet, exploring your project & how I work. Alignment is essential as I need to understand how you live, what isn’t functioning, your timeline & your investment range before any design decisions are made.

During our site visit, I assess circulation, natural & artificial light, constraints & everyday friction points. This ensures the space works beautifully for all who inhabit it.

You then receive a clear scope of work & preliminary layout direction, along with a transparent proposal outlining fees & project structure.

Clarity comes first, commitment follows once the path is properly defined.

Design development

Once engaged, design begins with strategy.

Space planning & lighting form the backbone of the project, because when those elements are resolved thoroughly, the aesthetic layer becomes intentional rather than reactive. I coordinate with trades early, gather technical input where needed, & ensure the design can be executed seamlessly.

You receive a cohesive design presentation supported by detailed drawings & specifications. Every decision is refined thoughtfully & with purpose, anchored to the original strategy, so approvals happen with confidence and the project is resolved on paper & not left to interpretation on site.

Procurement

With documentation complete, I oversee ordering, scheduling & coordination.

Many items are received at our dedicated Vancouver warehouse, allowing me to organise, check & prepare everything before it reaches your site. Selections are finalised, lead times tracked & construction proceeds with clear instructions. I remain involved throughout, conducting site visits & addressing questions early so potential issues are resolved before they become costly disruptions.

You’re not left chasing suppliers or mediating between professionals. I take full responsibility for keeping the project aligned, on track & stress free.

Installation

Installation is approached with the same level of intention as the earlier phases.

 Items arrive via white glove delivery from our warehouse directly to your site, ready to be placed according to plan. Lighting is adjusted to perform as designed, & final styling ensures the space feels cohesive rather than assembled. 

I review the space in full, addressing any deficiencies & coordinating with trades as needed. By the end of installation, the project is complete, fully functional, & ready to be used as intended. Resultd that reflects the careful planning from the very start.

The result is spaces that work properly & feel coherent, whether they are Residential or Boutique Commercial.
